You can order material exclusively from the Italy Camera Strap online sales site.

Payment Methods
During the purchase procedure the customer has the option to choose between the following payment methods:

– in cash (only in case of collection in store)
– PayPal
– Bank transfer
– Post with credit card (prepaid - VISA or Mastercard)

There is no additional cost for online payment.

Sales prices
The published prices include VAT and do not include shipping costs and may, without prior notice, be subject to change. Italy Camera Strap reserves the right to make changes to the models, descriptions, prices and stock availability of its products without prior notice. Errors and omissions excepted.

Right of withdrawal
Sales of products via the Internet are governed by Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999 which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. contracts carried out outside of commercial premises. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the expense incurred. The rule provided for by Legislative Decree 185 of 22/05/1999 is applicable only to mail order sales "distance sales". The customer has the right to return the goods within 10 working days of receipt provided that the right of withdrawal is communicated in advance by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt (art. 5 c. Legislative Decree 185/99) to our address: Italy Camera strap di Mirko Giambanco – Via Castelforte, 5 – 90146 Palermo or by PEC to the address giambancomirko@pec.it . Returned goods, for any reason, will be accepted only on condition that the products are in intact packaging, adequately sealed with intact, original and complete packaging and contents. The risks and shipping costs for the replacement of the goods will be entirely borne by the customer. The refund of the amount paid in advance will be promptly remitted after verification of the returned goods. Returns against payment by cash on delivery will not be accepted. This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and by natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity carried out; therefore, traders and wholesalers are excluded from this law.

Personal data processing – Privacy
The data processing is carried out using manual, computer and telematic tools, by “Italy Camera Strap” structures and in compliance with the provisions of the law “Protection of the person and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data” (Legislative Decree 30.6.2003 n. 196), known as the privacy law. We guarantee maximum confidentiality: the data processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of updates on initiatives and offers of Italy Camera Strap. User data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties and modification or cancellation may be requested at any time. Customers registered on italy.camerastrap.org have a permanent right to access and modify their personal data, as required by Italian law. The customer can send any communication in this regard to the email address info@camerastrap.org.

Registration for the mailing list service
Italy Camera Strap reserves the right to send e-mails for advertising or promotional purposes on the products in the price list exclusively to customers who explicitly request it by registering on the website. The customer has the possibility at any time to request the interruption of the mailing list service or to modify the settings in their online account.

All users who intend to use the services of our website are subject to acceptance of the conditions of sale, notes and legal terms.
