Orders can be received via express courier service with the possibility of payment on delivery. Orders leave from our headquarters in Palermo
Shipping
Shipping takes place via express courier SDA or DHL (depending on the delivery area), with delivery on average 2 -3 working days from the time of sending, based on the destination postcode.
Once the package has been sent, a shipping confirmation email is sent, subsequently followed by a delivery notification email.
The shipment of the package from the headquarters of Italy Camera Strap takes place within 48 hours of the order (2 working days), subject to payment and availability of the purchased products in stock.

Right of withdrawal
Sales of products via the Internet are governed by Legislative Decree no. 185 of 05/22/1999 which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. carried out outside commercial premises. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and obtain reimbursement of the expense incurred. The rule provided for by Legislative Decree 185 of 05/22/1999 is applicable only to "distance sales" mail order sales. The customer has the right to return the goods within 10 working days of receipt provided that the right of withdrawal is communicated in advance by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (art. 5 c. Returned goods, for any reason, will be accepted only on condition that the products are in intact packaging, adequately sealed with intact, original and complete packaging and contents. Cash on delivery returns are not accepted. This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity carried out; traders and wholesalers are therefore excluded from this law.
